Where is the Auburn University Bookstore located?

Our store is located on the first floor of Haley Center.

Where will we enter the store?

We will use the concourse entrance of our store for the lululemon launch.

How many customers are allowed to shop at a time?

We will have a limit of 25 customers shopping at a time at the beginning of launch. The AU Bookstore reserves the right adjust the capacity limitations if necessary.

Will there be a time limit for shopping?

At this time, there is no limit to time shopping the lululemon collection, but the AU Bookstore reserves the right to instate a time limit if necessary.

Will there be a limit on products?

Customers will not initially be limited on product purchases, but the AU Bookstore reserves the right to limit purchases if necessary.

Will the product be available online on August 8?

Why will product only be available in-store at launch?

There is a high amount of excitement surrounding this launch, and we want to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Due to limited quantity of items, it is not logistically feasible to release the product in-store and online at the same time. We will have a special, coordinated online launch of lululemon product later this year. Keep your eyes on our social media for more information.

What if the item I want runs out of stock?

More lululemon product will be available this fall. Follow us on social media to be notified about future drops.

Can I place product on hold?

No holds will be allowed on lululemon product.

Where can I park?

Campus parking policies and procedures will be in place during the lululemon launch. Faculty, staff, and students can park in their designated parking areas in accordance with issued permits.

Visitors shopping the lululemon collection can use the 4th floor of the stadium parking deck and the Coliseum parking lot.
